Order Shipping & Delivery FAQs

1. How do I know if my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our facility. All orders undergo verification before shipment.

2. When will my order arrive?

  • Processing Time: Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) ship within 3–5 business days after payment verification.

  • Delivery Time: Allow 7–14 business days for delivery (varies by product and location).

  • Weekend Shipping: Not available. Orders placed after 9 AM PST ship the next business day.

3. Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, we currently do not deliver to PO boxes. A valid street address is required.

4. What happens if I refuse the package?

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Any import fees

  • Return shipping fees to GC GROUP LIMITED
    These charges will be deducted from your refund.

5. Do you replace lost or stolen packages?

We cannot refund or replace lost/stolen packages. For security, we recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can receive the delivery. If your package goes missing, contact us for assistance filing a claim.

6. Can I change my shipping address?

Email service@deepshrine.com immediately. We’ll try to update your address before shipment, but cannot reroute packages once shipped.

  • Carriers: Most orders ship via USPS; some smaller packages via UPS.

Changes to Orders

Email us within 30 minutes of ordering (during business hours: 9 AM–4 PM CST, Mon–Fri) at service@deepshrine.com. We’ll try to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

Returns & Refunds

  • 14-Day Return Window: Items must be unused, in original condition/packaging, with tags attached.

  • Refund Amount: Merchandise cost only (shipping fees non-refundable).

  • Incorrect/Defective Items: Email service@deepshrine.com with photos and a description.
